You are very much invited to join us in this guided, dynamic bliss healing Meditation. Bliss Meditation is a simple meditation technique that helps one transcend normal levels of consciousness to go into a different realm and experience blissful Divine energies.
It doesn't matter what kind of Yoga practise you have right now or if you have never practised before. This is an invitation for everyone, to loosen up old stagnated energy, that we all carry within in a way, physically, emotionally and mentally.

About Ingeborg For Ingeborg yoga is her life. Expect her to help you connect to who you really are. Being free in all your bodies. Mentally, energetically and physically. Ingeborg uses different movements derived from various teachings, such as Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Tibetan Buddhist Practices. When Ingeborg read the yoga sutra's 10 years ago she realized this was the path she had been on for a long time. The asana's, meditation and breathwork showed her a new way to free her body and mind, in a way that keeps opening up her heart every day more and more. She loves Yoga and the way it all teaches her something new every day. In her last job as a manager she came across a lot of people with stiff necks or shoulders and people falling out of their jobs with burn out. She sought for a way to help these people improve their quality of life. Through Pilates she learned about Yoga and when she did, it felt like coming home. She realized that she had been practicing with yoga philosophy all her life. By reconnecting with her breath she learned how to be softer towards herself and listen to her body. Yoga gives her freedom on many levels. Her daily practice inspires her teaching. In Ingeborg’s classes you will find a new awareness of your body, investigate the nature of your mind and discover how your breath is the link to the world of energy within. By using different techniques and movements you will free your mental, energetical and physical body. Ingeborg has completed several trainings, including Ashtanga Yoga with Paul Dallaghan in Koh Samui, 2010 and Sva Dharma TT ‘The Heart’ with Satya, Sahaj and Govinda in Bali, 2013. A Reiki master, Ingeborg combines Reiki with energy work she learned from Sahaj. She is deeply grateful to Satya and Sahaj for all their teachings. At the moment her studies include Lama Tsultrim Allione’s practice of ‘Feeding Your Demons’ (Inner Spirit). She is very happy to share these beautiful practices with you. Ingeborg also offers private 'Feeding your Demons' sessions. About Ira Ira’s yoga classes are characterized by her students as very careful and direct, moving deeply in the energy of the moment, to the rhythm of the breath. Via traditional Hatha Yoga Ira met her teacher and guide Katiza Satya in 2005. Inspired and always listening to the movement of the moment she came in contact with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which provided a solid foundation for deepening of her practice through intensives and retreats, including Delight Sva-Dharma Teacher Training / The Body, The Mind and The Heart (all three levels of Delight Advanced studies), and Vipassana meditation. In deep trust Ira allowed her curiosity to lead her organically in the direction of meditation and Buddhism. She has received direct and indirect teachings from a large number of teachers and masters, including Sri Ramana Maharshi ,Tenzin Wangyal, Namkai Norbu Rimpoche, Sogyal Rimpoche, Thich Nhat Hanh, BKS Iyengar , Tsulstrim Allione, Orit Sen Gupta, Kevin Sahaj and Shirley Woods. Ira is a teacher at Delight Yoga. She is a registered RYT / Yoga Alliance Teacher and deeply devoted to the never-ending study of Yoga and meditation in their many forms. With love, wit and mindfulness she shares her dedication in Hatha/Mindfulness/Meditation classes. Ira inspires her students to move from the breath, with Heart and Soul. A constant invitation to remember who they are, in every posture, in every situation. Again and Again.
