Children's Yoga (7-10 years) - Den Haag

During a kids yoga class children will learn in a nourishing and non-competitive atmosphere to relax and have fun while at the same time they develop strength from within, coordination, flexibility and balance as well as greater body awareness, better focus and concentration. Children will discover all aspects of yoga, postures, breathing, concentration and self-awareness, in a playful way. 

Classes always have a theme that is related to the interest of the kids, stories are told and also yoga games and chanting are part of each class. In this way, they will learn about themselves: their strength, boundaries and what they can do with their body, breath and mind and how to go back to their centre.

 
But most important, yoga for kids is fun! 

Kids yoga is not about performance or competition, it is the enjoyment that counts. Happiness does not the depend on any entertainment, a kid in balance is just happy for no reason in any situation and will blossom in its own unique way.
