Healing and Awakening in Autumn (4-Week Course) - Online

Four weekends of Sahaja Healing Yoga with Sahaj using guided processes and meditations to free the mind, release tensions and heal the body, unblock stuck energy and emotions, explore sacred sexuality and awaken the spirit.
What you will learn:
In these four 2-hour sessions, Sahaj will guide you into different dimensions of yourself to explore the vast and wondrous potential of our precious human life. This is a journey of healing and connection to find the joy of being alive, awake, and full of wonder. The practices and teachings are drawn from Tibetan Yoga, Qi Gong, Hatha Yoga, and Shamanism, and each session will have a different emphasis and can be done as a group of four, or as individual sessions.
Sunday 10 October
Releasing blocks in the Physical and Energy body through a guided shamanic spiritual journey
In this session, we will loosen the knots in our physical body and open the energy channels using techniques from Tibetan yoga, and then we will journey deep into the world within to reconnect with the deep and often hidden aspects of our mind and soul using the shamanic drum journey.

Freeing the Breath and Awakening the Life Force
In this session, we explore and release ancient breath-holding patterns and awaken our body of bliss by opening the pranic pathways (Nadis) and energy centres in our bodies (Chakras).
Sunday 24 October
Our Deep Connection: The Path of Mudra, and Mantra
In this session, we will be using practices from Qi Gong to harmonize, awaken, and distribute prana to a deep connection to our infinite life force. Also, we will be learning mantras for elevating our energy and connecting to the cosmic wisdom.
Sunday 31 October
Sacred Sexuality: Using Desire as a Spiritual Path
In this session, we will explore what is healthy sexuality, and how this fits into our spiritual practice. We will learn practices to uncover the mysterious attraction of Sex as a path to bliss and consciousness, open to couples and individuals.
In the online format, the teacher will guide you through the online application ‘Zoom’. Zoom is a live streaming platform with many interactive features - it provides a shared space for students, teachers, and assistants. Delight Yoga has been using Zoom to organise live-streamed classes, workshops, and training days, and we have had very positive experiences with it.
Zoom allows you to participate in the training from home, but you can ask questions and connect with teachers and other students as if you were in the same physical location.

Over Kevin Sahaj
Kevin Sahaj wijdt zijn leven al 30 jaar aan het bestuderen en beoefenen van yoga. Zijn manier van lesgeven is eclectisch: hij maakt gebruik van veel verschillende methodes om zijn studenten te helpen bij hun streven naar verlichting.
