For the beginner Kundalini practitioner who wants to receive a deeper understanding of the Kundalini philosophy, through dynamic movements, quiet moments, conscious context and ceremonial art. Two days, Six Kundalini practices. Each of the Six Practices includes introductory discussions on the techniques specific to Kundalini yoga. This weekend is just in time to enter your holiday with clear intentions. Read below what you can expect.
Practice One: Journey
How to drop into a deep and nourishing practice, coming out on the other side with new perspectives. Tune in with the Adi Mantra: ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO, properly and with heart.
Practice Two: Bandas
Use longer pauses in combination with energetic holds to break open your DNA and reprogram your nervous system with desirable emotional responses. Preparation for Deep Meditation Kriya.
Practice Three: Ten Bodies
Kundalini views your being as having Ten Bodies; one physical body, three mental bodies and six energetic bodies. You do not have to find anything outside of you.
Practice Four: Sat Kriya
The most powerful yoga practice you can do to develop trust in your wisdom and the materials you have gathered to be more spontaneous. Oracle guidance is used to see the ceremonial nature of life.
Practice Five: Sutras
Kundalini Yoga has five Sutras. Recognize that the other person is you. There is a way through every block. Start and the pressure will be off. Understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times. Vibrate the Cosmos, the Cosmos shall clear the path. Learn how to work these details into your daily themes.
Practice Six: Empty
Combine mantra meditation and breathwork to experience more positivity and presence. Mantras meditations are different than regular mediations in the fact that they cleanse your subconscious mind with high vibrational sound currents. Learn three mantras to practice at home. Take a deep breath and dive into your subconscious programming.
