New to Yoga?
This Introduction to Yoga Program is the perfect way to begin (or reawaken) your yoga practice! We offer you a 2-hours’ introduction session and 3 beginners’ classes (within 30 days of your intro) for only 60 euro.
This powerful program is designed to introduce new yoga students to the basic yoga techniques, to create flexibility, strength, peace and harmony in the body and mind.
We introduce the concepts of breath/movement synchronization (vinyasa), in a slower paced, informative class, designed to provide you with a strong foundation in the practice of yoga and prepare you for the five beginners’ level classes that you can choose to follow within this introduction program.
The introduction session is held on a Saturday (or Sunday) afternoon and takes two hours. You can then take 3 other regular classes of your choice within a month. We offer a variety of beginners’ classes, each day of the week, in different yoga styles and with different teachers. At the end of this program, you will be confident in continuing with our regular scheduled classes, knowing which styles and teachers are more suitable for your needs.
All sessions are in English.
What you will learn during the introduction workshop
- Intro to what is yoga
- Basic breathing techniques
- Warm up poses, including the sun salutations
- Basic standing postures to cultivate strength and balance
- Basic back bends to cultivate mobility in the spine and to awaken energy
- Sitting postures like forward bends for flexibility and to calm down
- Restorative ending poses for relaxation
Follow up classes
You are free to choose any classes from our current schedule, up to a maximum of 3 within 30 days from your Introduction Workshop. However, we recommend that you choose from the beginners level classes and invite you to try the several styles of yoga we offer, so as to find what style and teacher is most suitable to your needs and preferences.

Op de dansacademie kwam Fleur voor het eerst in aanraking met yoga. Na een aantal jaren gedanst te hebben, is yoga en dans voor haar de perfecte combinatie.
