to burnout. 
No matter what is going on in your personal or

professional life, and no matter what your personality type,
mindfulness is an effective tool when life becomes overwhelming.

This four-week introductory mindfulness course for stress and burnout
will teach you the fundamentals of this secular practice so you may
discover how it can positively affect your everyday life. You will
learn about physiological and psychological stress responses and
practice strategies for responding in positive and proactive ways to
stressful situations. You will also learn to identify where you might
be stuck in unhealthy repeating patterns and then learn to disarm them
through mindful awareness. Finally, since mindfulness is most
effective when it is a daily commitment, we will explore the many ways
you can integrate this practice into your life.

This course is designed for anyone who is interested in learning about
mindfulness as a tool to deal with stress.
