About Adelene

Adelene is a leading teacher and trainer in Restorative Yoga, Scoliosis, and Yoga Nidra based in the UK. Join her for an evening of exploring intimacy with self. This is a rare chance to experience an extended class with Adelene who will be teaching a weekend workshop at Delight Yoga.

She rarely runs public classes in this part of the world, so if you'd like to discover more about restorative yoga practice, this is a must. This session is suitable for all levels of yoga students.

Over Adelene Cheong

Adelene Cheong is a practitioner, a student, a teacher and trainer of yoga. Adelene feels blessed to be on this journey with many who seek love, peace and truth. Through yoga, Adelene reconnects to being truly integrated in life and all it has to offer. For over a decade, she has been an apprentice to Judith H. Lasater and Donna Farhi, whom she continues to study and assist today.
