Tijn Touber has been teaching meditation for over 25 years.
For all people. His students include members of the Amsterdam Police Force, prisoners, medical staff in hospitals and visitors of Lowlands Festival. He has written four books on the art of meditation and everyday enlightenment which have all become bestsellers in The Netherlands.


In this workshop, The Art of Meditation, Tijn teaches you the four main practices to stabilize your mind, integrate past emotional trauma, open you up to inspiration and flow and reconnect you to the Source of love, peace, power and happiness.

Over Tijn Touber

Tijn Touber geeft al meer dan 25 jaar les in meditatie, o.a. aan de Amsterdamse politie, gevangenen in de Bijlmerbajes, medisch personeel in grote ziekenhuizen en aan bezoekers van  het Lowlands Festival. Hij heeft vier bestsellers geschreven over de kunst van meditatie en alledaagse verlichting.
