Voice of Light Workshop

The first thing we did when we entered this world is opening our mouth, taking a deep breath and letting the air out with a sound, a cry. Your voice, that sound vibration, announced you were here in this world. This sincere cry from the heart connects us to the universe.
When we trust to listen deep within, we are able to recognize and allow that pure vibration of sound coming from the heart. The voice is a great instrument to connect, to purify and to heal.
In this workshop given by Ira Hardjosusono and Elke Brouwers, we will use light physical practice, chakra- and breathwork, music and mantra’s to explore and experience the power of the voice. It is not about singing beautifully, it is about letting the vibrations of your voice to travel through your body to all places which need to be touched. Just like taking a torch and giving them light.
