The Programs

Explore our immersions and workshops on selected topics or teaching skills

As long as you walk the yogic path, you are a student, whether teaching or practicing with dedication (or both). Beginner's Mind is Open Mind. We offer educational programs in selected aspects of the practice to keep you inspired, to provide you guidance where you feel the need for it, and to explore different areas of yourself through the ancient practices of yoga and meditation. Presented by our most experienced teachers or by special guest teachers, these shorter programs aim to help you refining your practice and teaching skills.
