Mindfulness based psychotherapy
Mindfulness based psychotherapy for mental health issues like eating disorders, addiction and substance abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety. For adults over 18.
Mindfulness based psychotherapy aims to relieve the symptoms of psychological stress, negative mental states and physical pain. Some mindfulness practices are used, such as seated or walking meditation, breath work and gentle yoga movements, as are tools and support to access the inner landscape of emotional distress and challenging thoughts. Together with Kristin you work to identify and explore your symptoms and difficulties, with behavior and thought modification towards finding more ease and getting better. We offer psychotherapy as individual sessions and for groups.

Mindfulness Based Therapy Groups
The therapy groups offers mindfulness practices, easy movements, breath work, and psycho-education around specific challenges. There will be an opportunity to learn specific practices as alternative strategies or support for the challenges experienced.
There will be groups for:
- Body image disorders
- Relapse prevention

Canceling your appointment can be done without charge up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment. You will be charged in full if canceled within 24 hours. Please be on time, we have to cancel the appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late since we can't guarantee the quality and benefits of the treatments anymore.
