The Yogi Facilitator is a unique leadership training and certificate program in Mindful Yoga as applied practice, for mental health conditions and emotional well-being. In this comprehensive and deeply experiential training, you will learn insight practices from the wisdom traditions of yoga and Buddhism, cultivate skills in mindfulness and compassion and develop proficiency in applying these practices to facilitate change and transitional processes.

You can join separate retreats, or all three to receive the certification. The first retreat is open for everyone. 

Retreat 1 - 7 days Silence retreat - Finding Ease in Unease

Kristin and Janice will guide you through this week of silent practice, presence and exploration. We firmly believe that the practices from the wisdom traditions can elevate our knowledge of ourselves, deepen our awareness and understanding of what serves us towards emotional sustainability and well-being, and support us to live with more freedom and ease. 

This retreat will deepen your practice, and your embodiment of these teachings in your life. Held in the potent container of silent practice, this retreat is an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, become more intimate with the practices, explore your inner landscape and understand the relationship between your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

We´ll be practicing meditation, yoga, breath work and personal explorations.
