Schedule

We are creating a schedule of live-streaming online yoga classes, so you can continue your yoga practice with your favourite Delight Yoga teachers at home. We will start with a limited schedule, but we will increase the amount of classes in the next couple of days. We will offer online yoga classes, but also Satsang and Ayurveda talks.

Right before the class starts there will be a link available in the schedule. To join the class, just click on this link and step on your mat. The online live-streaming yoga classes are free, but a donation to support our teachers is greatly appreciated. Of course, if you have been so generous to keep your membership running while our studios are closed, that is already a very generous donation :-)
 

Previous live-streams remain available

All live-streams that were recorded through YouTube and Facebook will remain available to watch at a later point in time.
Classes that were streamed through Zoom won't be available publicly. 

So if you can't find your favourite class or teacher on the schedule, they might have been recored before.
