Ayurveda derives from Sanskrit and means ‘the science of life and longevity’. It is, in particular, the wisdom of how to live according to your unique and individual constitution. As a science of self-healing, Ayurveda encompasses diet and nutrition looking at lifestyle, exercise, relaxation, meditation, breathing exercises and medical herbs.
 

In this Special Ayurvedic Yoga Class, Julia will introduce you to the 5 elements of Ayurveda - focusing on the ones that are predominant during this season. She will guidean Asana Practice to help you stay more grounded and centred as well as give you simple tools that you can integrate into your daily life.

 

The elements she primarily will focus on are Air & Ether, which are similar to the elements of autumn.
