Tsa Lung Tibetan Yoga & the Power of the Breath

This is a dynamic powerful Tibetan practice where we combine breath retention, body movements, visualisation & awareness. In Tsa Lung we train our breath, our life force.

We open our body so energy flows, can reach deep places & nourish more and more subtle body channels. Blood quality improves & hormone production increases. We feel happiness in the body & our mind is satisfied, happy and calm. With a calm blissful mind, we can recognize our nature.
