Tsa Lung Tibetan Yoga & the Power of the Breath

This Special Class is an introduction into the dynamic powerful Tibetan practice of Tsa Lung. In Tsa Lung, we combine breath retention, body movements, visualisation and awareness. You feel the power of the breath and how you can use the breath in a special way to open yourself.

What you will learn:

With the help of the breath, we will open our body to allow energy to flow better and reach deeper places, nourishing more subtle body channels. Making us stronger, more energized. The blood quality, circulation, and hormone production will improve.


When we feel happiness in the body, our mind becomes satisfied, happy, and calm. With a calm, blissful mind, we can recognize our nature.
