Many steps have been taken in the mindfulness course 1.0 to recognize, acknowledge and accept your thinking and behavioural patterns. The next step is to let go and transform negative thoughts and behavioural patterns.


In order to transform, it’s necessary that you first do enough self-inquiry. The mindfulness 2.0 course consists of 50% self- inquiry and 50% transformation techniques, preparing for Samadi meditation. In order to stay in this dual state, you’ll first have to leave behind your negative thought and behaviour patterns.


Methods: Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chi Kong, meditation focused on the breath, an exterior object and an object in the mind (guided meditations), analytical meditation and samadi meditation.

About Hans Kloosterman

Hans Kloosterman is an adherent of Tibetan Buddhism, studying at the Tibetan Kagyu Vasjrayana Institute in Huy, Belgium: a small monastic community of lamas, monks and nuns. He lived for six years as a monk in training and has been studying Buddhism since 2005.
