This comprehensive course offers you the chance to get in-form-ed on how to align body and mind in preparation for a positive birth experience, wherever you'd like to birth.
Kamini believes that an empowering birthing experience is a very important kick-off to a woman’s journey as a mother. It is an experience that one will remember for the rest of her days, and if empowered by it, she will realise her strength, from deep within. A strength we all have, a strength we all share.
Kamini’s passion in teaching pregnant women how to align for labour and birth is rooted in believing that informing women about the alignment of body, mind and spirit will bring them closer to being empowered by the birth of their babies and themselves as a mama.
What you will learn in this 4-week course:
- Adapt ‘daily life’ movements to your pregnant body
- Move safely through pregnancy, labour and birth
- Various breathing techniques
- Neutral pelvic alignment
- Freeing up the birthing space
- Various birthing positions/moves
- Pushing techniques

About Kamini Stam
Kamini has always had a passion for movement. As a kid she was always outside, exploring her boundaries; climbing, dancing, moving! Kamini took a break of her study in psychology to travel to India in 1997 where she learned and practised different methods of bodywork.
