With Jolijn Bruijnaers
14 November 2020 Go to schedule
This Creative Sequencing Workshop is for Yoga Teachers and dedicated yoga practitioners who are interested in learning more about how to create meaningful, progressive, and fun Vinyasa sequences (either for yourself or for your students).
This afternoon we will look at ways to combine traditional Asana alignment with free flowing movements, guide by the breath, to stimulate the heart, spirit, and the mind. This workshop is designed to provide you with the inspiration you need to create your own authentic and creative yoga sequences.
We will discuss topics like:
- How to innovate and still honor tradition?
- How to theme a class?
- What is a yoga class curve go and how to work with it?
- Which intention is behind the sequence you create?
This workshop provides you with the knowledge, techniques and inspiration to generate innovative and safe sequences for all levels.
