Ayurvedic Nutrition Course II

With Coen van der Kroon & Liese van Dam

This Nutrition Course II is meant as a practice-oriented follow-up of Nutrition Course I, specifically dealing with practical case studies. More Ayurvedic physiology will be taken into the discussion based on cases at hand.  Advanced nutritional knowledge, such as nutrition for each of the Dhatus, will also be taken into account.

This course is for those who want to learn what Ayurvedic nutrition can mean in a modern western life. Going deeper into the basics of classical Ayurvedic nutrition, this course translates the ancient knowledge into practice to what is needed here and now in the West – within clinical practice. The purpose of this course is to offer an in depth training in Ayurvedic nutrition, practicing with actual clients.

The course will also deal with nutrition as part of the treatment of certain diseases, such as initiated in Book 5 of Atreya Smith's material used in Nutrition Course I.

We are very honoured to offer this certification course as part of the Academy of Ayurvedic Studies, which has now being integrated at Delight Academy, as Yoga & Ayurveda are complementary sciences - often referred to as sister sciences.
