This workshop has taken place already, please visit our Workshop Page for a more recent offering of workshops and trainings.
During this workshop Eric will connect you to the full potential of vinyasa which will give you clarity, stability and power in your practice and redefine what it means for you to practice Vinyasa yoga.
You can expect to sweat, open the body and the mind, breathe, and connect to deep parts of yourself. Prepare to be challenged and confront yourself in new ways. Expect your vinyasa knowledge to deepen and last but not least, expect to have fun. Eric’s teachings are inspired by B.K.S. Iyengar - who taught him about clarity and safety in yoga - and by Baron Baptiste - who taught him about self expression and self mastery.
Suitable for practitioners of all levels, but best if you have some experience with Vinyasa. Join in for a dynamic afternoon of practice and interaction.
