Preparation for Birth Partner Circle

This circle is an opportunity for expecting couples or pregnant ladies and their birthing partners (whom can be a trusted other friend or family member to the mother), to learn about natural comfort measures and practice tools to support themselves and the mother in labor and birth.
Through this circle, you will empower yourselves in developing more trust and confidence in your ability to work together in preparing for the birth of the baby.
The following will be part of the experience, to support yourself and the mother in the 3 stages of labor and birth:
- Visualizations to make contact with the baby
- Sensitivity awareness exercise
- Communication exercise
- Breathing, massage and relaxation techniques
There will be an open and safe space for sharing wishes, fears, and expectations, processing your mental state, and preparing emotionally. It is also a great opportunity to meet other parents. Suitable from ladies in the 32nd week of their pregnancy and onwards
Pascale is a doula, massage therapist and yoga instructor, specialized in the prenatal and postpartum periods of a woman's life. She has extensive training in meditation, psychology and breathwork. She is the mother of two grown-up children, born at home, who are her life inspiration.

About Pascale Bonnet
Pascale started practicing yoga following the home birth of her son in 1992, with a Shivananda book in the Philippines where she was living. She felt so empowered that she decided to make it her profession after the homebirth of her daughter in 1994. She certified with yoga and massage at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the USA, in 1996.
