You are invited to join this free workshop, in which Jenny will guide you through practices to reflect on the past year as well as set your intentions for the new year ahead.
To acknowledge, feel, and to come home to yourself. Holding Space for yourself as well as for others.
This year has demanded a lot of us. We have been through a lot of changes and uncertainties. No wonder this past year was challenging! It brought up all kinds of intense feelings and emotions, leaving many of us feeling overwhelmed.
What you will learn:
To reclaim our ground and inner sanctuary, we can take advantage of the pull of the Solstice in our Northern Hemisphere, to draw our attention inward as well as taking the time to reflect. By Holding Space for yourself, the process of inner healing, acceptance and peace begins.
The topics we will cover, to which you will journey inward, are:
- Listening to your Inner Wisdom
- Awakening your Knowing within
- Reflecting on 2020
- Welcoming 2021 with new clarity
Jenny Schoenmann will guide you through a centring practice, grounding routines, and a powerful Soul-based writing inquiry.
This workshop will happen in a safe space where sharing and learning from each other is possible.
You will leave this free online event feeling connected, with clarity on the next step to take on your journey of living your life wholeheartedly and being at ease.
This workshop will be kept intimate. Therefore spots are limited!
