Join Victoria Hyndman on this three-day exploration of Ayurveda. 


This workshop is an appetizer into this rich system of healing and understanding the vessel which houses our spirit: our body. It is an invitation and introduction to seeing yourself in a new light, from a new perspective.

What you will learn:

Ayurveda gives us the manual for the physical and mental body type we were given to have this individual human experience in. When we understand this manual, we discover the strengths and weaknesses of our individual vehicle. We will learn that certain yoga practice types, attitudes, foods, herbs and lifestyle choices will support us.


Using this ancient wisdom, we can then heal our weaknesses and shine in our strengths.

In a light-spirited manner yet sticking to the authentic teachings of yoga, Victoria uses the wisdom of Ayurveda in her yoga classes for students to experience spiritual access through physical practice.
