We are very happy and honoured to announce that Sri Sudhir Tiwari is coming back to Amsterdam for a whole weekend of teachings. We are grateful for his precious time that he is willing to spend with us. Sri Sudhir Tiwari is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and expertise on traditional Pranayama in the Kaivalyadhama lineage (located in Lonavla in India) within our community.

This weekend course can be followed as a self-standing course for your own development or as a preparation for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who are considering to join the Pranayama Teacher Training with Sri Sudhir Tiwari in 2020

This is an amazing opportunity to start your own dedicated Pranayama practice, to further deepen your experience and knowledge, to refine breathwork skills and to enable you to introduce the foundation of Pranayama into your classes. Watch the video below to see how Sri Sudhir Tiwari teaches Kapalabhati, one of the 7 pranayama exercises taught in the Kaivalyadhama lineage.

This course includes the yogic practices of asana, pranayama, chanting and meditation techniques, using traditional methods and guidelines from the Kaivalyadhama lineage. This 2-days workshop will also include pranic pulse taking and personal Pranayama practice regimen.

The Pranayamic/pranic pulse will be taken prior to the morning pranayama practice or at the end of each day. At the end of the workshop, based on your pulse sheet, all participants will be recommended an individual Pranayama practice regimen.

For participants who were recommended to practice at previous workshops with Sudhir or O.P. Tiwari, your progress will be checked and if needed the practice will be modified to suit the level of progress.

This workshop is suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels and styles, and for yoga teachers and dedicated students who are interested in joining the Pranayama Teacher Training in 2020 at Delight Yoga.
