HypnoBirthing, The Mongan Method: 5-Week Holistic Birth Preparation Course

This holistic birth preparation course will support you throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for labor and the early weeks after.


The course consists of 5 weekly sessions, covering the topics of:

  • Deep relaxation
  • Special breathing techniques for labor
  • Self-hypnosis
  • Massage techniques
  • Visualizations
  • Affirmations,
  • Education that supports you throughout the whole pregnancy and are there to use during labor and birth.


Additionally Kasia will share with you:

  • Poses to relieve sensations during labor
  • Poses to relieve common pregnancy pains
  • The Labor Circuit
  • Positions for birthing
  • Partner Practices to support you during labor and birth
  • The classes also offer the opportunity to prepare an individualized birth plan with Kasia in preparation for birth

  • Eliminates the Fear-Tension-Pain Syndrome before, during and after birthing
  • Reduces, often eliminates, the need for chemical anaesthesia, episiotomy and other interventions
  • Lessens fatigue during labor

  • Around 12-12½ hour of tuition in 5 HypnoBirthing sessions for mum and birth companion in a small group

  • Access to weekly deep relaxation sessions based on HypnoBirthing
  • Contact with Kasia via email/telephone for the duration of the course, but also before and after for any questions

Requirements for participating: 
after 14th week of your pregnancy, and not later than 35 weeks when starting the course.

About Kasia Pokrop

Born in Warsaw, Poland in 1983 Born and raised in Poland, Kasia left her home country at the age of 22. Starting her journey in Ireland, she continued to Belgium, Amsterdam, Singapore, and back to Amsterdam, where she found her new home. It was also here in Amsterdam where her yoga journey began.
