Introduction to Mysore

Are you considering joining the Mysore program? Within a small group setting we will learn about the method of Astanga Yoga and the philosophy of the Mysore practice. You will learn the beginning postures of the Ashtanga sequence, breaking down in detail the Sun Salutations, standing postures, and closing postures. You will also receive options for new practitioners and be introduced to breathing for this practice. Includes one week of Mysore class in the morning or evening at Delight Den Haag.

About Megan Riley
Megan began an Astanga practice at the start of her career in higher education after completing her graduate work in creative writing in the U.S. What started as a search for an exercise to reduce stress and connect philosophy to practice, the yoga led her to her first teacher and, eventually, to her first trip to the Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.
