Introduction to The Mind Training

With Katiza Satya

The Introduction to The Mind Training is a day of preparation for students who will participate in the upcoming The Mind Retreat. But also students who are simply curious about this training, or have joined it in the past and wish to refresh their practices, are more than welcome to participate in this day.

You will practice a number of techniques that are part of the daily routine during The Mind Retreat, such as meditation, pranayama and kriyas. You will also get a taste of how asana will be approached during this retreat: as a practice to ultimately recognizing the greater purpose that is guiding our life.

Katiza Satya and her teaching assistants will guide you through this workshop. You can meet the other or former participants, already tune in to the frequency of The Mind and prepare yourself toward your immersion in this deeply transforming retreat. For students of the Advanced Teacher Training, this introduction is part of the curriculum and already covered in their teaching fees. All other participants can register through the schedule below.
