When we start to tune into the lunar cycle we align ourselves to the rhythm of nature and understand that there is a right timing for everything. Instead of swimming against the natural flow we can move with it and feel more nourished.
Join Simona for this 4-week course to learn how to live in sync with the lunar cycle – to embody the feminine energy, reconnect to your intuition and start living in a state of flow.
In this course you will:
Tune in to the four main phases in the lunar cycle: New Moon, First Quarter, Full Moon, Last Quarter
Understand the meaning of waxing and waning, the natural rise and fall of energy each month and how to live accordingly
Learn powerful practices and techniques for each phase
Set your intentions with the New Moon and start consciously manifesting your best life
Share your insights and connect in a circle with fellow moon sisters
Bring your journal and a pen. Please note this is a women-only course. We come together in an intimate setting, therefore limited spots available.

Simona takes people on powerful journeys guiding them into a deeper connection with themselves and to live more fully from the heart. She is passionate about sharing yoga as a powerful practice for healing and growth. She loves the richness and expression of Vinyasa Flow and teaches vibrant, soulful classes with creative sequencing. Her teaching is inspired by the elements and cycles of nature.
