You will provide yourself with a tangible opportunity to prioritize your health and wellbeing, your overall focus and priorities. You will stop rushing being already stressed first thing in the morning. You will gain more clarity on your daily morning routine to move through your perfect day.
This is why I designed this Magical Morning Course for you.
After the program you'll have a daily routine that offers you the grounding, stability, and predictability that are largely absent from most of our hectic modern lives.

Stress in our daily lives has resulted in forgetfulness: we have forgotten to take care of ourselves and our overall health unnoticeably deteriorates over time.. We hyper-focus on what we can’t control and forget the practices we can use to steady ourselves.

It’s time to reconnect with yourself, nurture yourself and remember that you can decide how you want to feel and respond. In this course you are supported, learn the effective tools and inspiration to create new habits that last in the long-term. This course combines the wisdom and knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness and Conscious Soul-based Coaching.

Every week you will practice a different foundational technique that you can repeat on your own until we meet again to deepen the experience and create your perfect routine.

The practices are easy to learn, simple, and powerful. They can easily be done every day within the time you've got. No matter if its 5, 10, or 90 minutes.

It includes:
• The BASICS - simple daily actions that help to remove the build-up of ama or toxins from
the body, that brings your whole system more into balance and strengthens your immune
system for the best possible performance//
• Practical techniques that energize, calm, settle, ground
• Uplifting conscious practices to bring clarity, focus and tapping into your soul wisdom
• Self-care practices that enhance your natural glow
• Yoga movements that are easy to remember and have tremendous health benefits
Each session is set up in such a way that all practices get the attention they deserve.


Practical Information:
1. Introduction Session: For a perfect start we will kick off the course on Sunday, the 4th. We
will meet for a 45-minute preparation.

 2. Monday sessions: We will meet on Mondays for four weeks in a row. After each Monday session you’ll receive a follow up on the practices to remember. At the end of the course, you'll have all the course material, so that you can refer to it for inspiration and guidance.

3. Wrap-up Session: At the end of this course we'll meet again on ..... for another 45 min best practice sharing and Q&A circle.

**If you haven’t had the chance to participate in one of Jenny’s Magical Morning Workshops yet the one on the 3rd of October will be a great preparation!

In case of a no show/a session is missed/you are unable to attend a session - you’ll receive a recording. The recording is available for everyone for 3 days to develop and deepen it on your own.

Jenny Schoenmann is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher and Soul-Based Coach. She teaches Astanga and Vinyasa Yoga, and also offers 1:1 Coaching sessions at Delight in Den Haag.
