This 4-week course is designed to start your day in the best possible way to set yourself up daily to create the life you love, using the Magical Morning Method. A daily routine that will inspire and motivate you to start each day mindfully, with simple but profound practices to prioritize your health and wellbeing. You’ll learn the tools to start your day with clarity, focus, and in alignment with your whole self.

What you will learn:

This course combines the wisdom and knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, and conscious soul-based coaching. The practices are easy to learn, simple, and powerful. They can be done every day within the time you've got. No matter if it's 5, 10, or 90 minutes.


We will cover:

  • The BASICS - remove the build-up of toxins, restore balance, and strengthen the immune system.
  • Practical techniques that energize, calm, settle and ground you.
  • Uplifting conscious practices to bring clarity & focus, tapping into your soul wisdom.
  • Yoga movements that are easy to remember and have tremendous health benefits.
  • Self-care practices that enhance your natural glow.
  • Each session is set up in such a way that all practices get the attention they deserve.
  • With your daily morning routine, you will: Start your day feeling supported and cared for, Feel nourished, Set the tone & pace for your day.
  • Increase resistance towards chronic health issues.
  • Prevent burnout, disorientation, anxiety, and insomnia.
  • Be in harmony and alignment with yourself.
  • Learn to take care of yourself through daily journaling. This will make you more resilient in good and challenging times.

  • A Daily Morning Routine - it doesn’t have to be complicated, nor time-consuming. But it has to feel like yours - and that’s what we will create together in this course.


Practical Information

You have access to a course platform for the duration of the course. On this platform, you’ll find the replays of the morning sessions, handouts, recipes, short talks, and reflection videos from Jenny.

  • Introduction Session
    For a perfect start, you will kick off the course together with a 45-minute preparation session.
  • Monday LIVE Sessions
    You’ll meet every Monday for four weeks in a row for your live session. These sessions will be available to you towards the end of the day on the platform. That ensures that you receive all the content in case you can’t be present live.

    Being present and growing together can be very powerful. However, in case you are unable to attend a session, you will receive a recording. The recording is available for everyone to develop and deepen it on your own.

  • Check-In Session
    After 2 weeks, you’ll meet for a Q&A, reflection, and check-in session.
  • Wrap-Up Session
    At the end of this course, you'll meet again for another 45 minutes reflection and Q&A circle.


** Throughout the course, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback via email. Jenny answers questions directly and/or in the form of a video if it’s useful for everyone.


The replay will be available a couple of hours after the live session. That allows you to move at your own pace and be as flexible as you need to.


After the program, you'll have the knowledge and tools to create your own daily routine that offers you the grounding, stability, and predictability aspects that are largely absent from most of our hectic modern lives. Integrate these effective practices daily, and your new habits will transform your life!

About Jenny

Jenny Schoenmann is a yoga teacher, soul-based coach and author of her newly published book “The Magical Morning Method”. She founded Soul, Flow and Glow to bring together all areas of expertise as a holistic approach to support her clients to live a life they love and invite positive change.
