Introductory course to Mindfulness and Meditation

Have you ever wondered what mindfulness and meditation really are? And what the point is of entering into stillness, just sitting there...?

In this four week course, you will not only learn basic meditation techniques, but you will also discover why we meditate, how it can help us in our daily lives, and how to find a meditation practice that works for you.

You will learn how to motivate yourself and how to commit to bringing mindfulness into your days. And as you acquaint yourself with the practice of mindfulness and the basics of meditation, you will feel and experience how stillness is actually incredibly strengthening. Discover your hidden superpower, and empower yourself with silence.
