Studies show that mindfulness can reduce stress and complaints related to burnout. No matter what is going on in your personal or professional life, and no matter what your personality type, mindfulness is an effective tool when life becomes overwhelming.
This four-week introductory mindfulness course for stress and burnout will teach you the fundamentals of this secular practice so you may discover how it can positively affect your everyday life. You will learn about physiological and psychological stress responses and practice strategies for responding in positive and proactive ways to stressful situations. You will also learn to identify where you might be stuck in unhealthy repeating patterns and then learn to disarm them through mindful awareness. Finally, since mindfulness is most effective when it is a daily commitment, we will explore the many ways you can integrate this practice into your life.
This course is designed for anyone who is interested in learning about mindfulness as a tool to deal with stress.

About Chiara Vegt
Whilst yoga was all around when Chiara was younger, her mum teached and practiced yoga, she wasn’t attracted to it at all. She thought of it like kind of Goofy, while at the same time she loved to turn the pages of her mums’ yoga books and just stare at the exotic postures and people.
