New Year's Aura Cleanse Workshop
21 April 2018 Go to schedule
The aura is made up of different types of energy which some can see or sense all around your body. There are many layers, colours, shapes and patterns in the aura and they all change according to your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual state.
It is our aura that attracts people, influences our relationships and circumstances in life. Every thought we have, is turned into energy which then passes through our aura, influencing it. When you come into contact with other people you exchange some energy with them. Everyone knows someone who makes you feel good by just being around them. This is greatly influenced by the energy in their aura.
Our aura is weakened by poor diet, stress, lack of rest, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, alcohol, drugs, negative habits and deeds and negative thoughts. Our auras are created by us and can be changed by us to attract positive influences in our lives. Frequent submission to negative emotions upsets the balance and harmony in the aura which can in turn affect the physical body.
When your aura is strong and clean, it will affect you on every level of your being: physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and energetically. Needless to say that a good clean up can do wonders for you on every level!
Come and join Marlene for some meditations that will cleanse, balance and recharge your aura. You’ll learn pranayama, kriya’s, mindful movement, mantra, mudra and meditation techniques to cleanse, balance and recharge your electromagnetic field.
