Relaxing Sound Meditation

Lie down and let yourself be guided by the relaxing sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls, tank drum, gongs, Koshi chimes and other instruments. Allow Asameé Szczupak to take you on a journey through your body and soul with sounds.

What you will learn:

The vibrations of the singing bowls can help you achieve a deep state of relaxation. They help to release energy blockages allowing the energy to flow freely through the entire body.


The special class is not only beneficial for the body, but also for the mind.

Prior experience is not needed. Please wear comfortable clothes and warm socks. The use of a blanket, cushion and a bolster (or rolled-up towel) is recommended for the optimal comfort.

About Asameé Szczupak

Asameé was born and raised in Poland and came to The Netherlands 21 years ago and this country became her home. Her journey with the Tibetan singing bowls and sound therapy started in 2014 when she purchased her first singing bowl. At that point it was not yet clear to her that it will start a new chapter of her life.
