Sacred Intimacy and Sexuality

With Katiza Satya & Kevin Sahaj

The Yoga of Intimate Relationships with Sahaj and Satya

Our intimate relationships are spiritual mirrors for us to see who we really are.  Our partners are a gift from the universe to become closer to what is love, what is real and what is free. The closest person we love becomes a part of us, we live as one body, mind and heart.

Sexuality is an expression of the deepest intimacy, a physical, energetic and spiritual union of two beings into one dance of light. In this time there is so much confusion about sexuality and intimate relationships. How can we bring love and awareness into our relationships as a living flame of openness, joy and connection? Why do we sometimes find that our partners become a prison for us instead of a mirror of love? Why is sex often unfulfilling  and leaves us with the feeling that there must be something more, something deeper, something more connected than a momentary flash of physical pleasure? Katiza Satya and Kevin Sahaj will share there experience of the spirituality of intimate relationships and help us to awaken our love into a flower of self realization.

In this day we will share our understanding and well as practical yogic techniques to release blocked emotional and physical energy that can stop us from feeling fully alive and connected to life and our intimate partner.

Joining the Ignite your Life Energy workshop with Kevin Sahaj on Sunday 4 February as well is highly recommended.
