Sensing & Feeling: Decoding The Messages of The Body

So why or when does sensation present itself in our bodies? Where do we feel it? What is the quality and texture of it? What does it mean? Why does it keep coming back? What is it trying to tell me?

In this experiential workshop, we will discuss and understand the process of sensation arising, and the biochemical alteration in varying emotional experiences. When does a sensation, usually undesirable ones, become chronic?

We will then take this into kinesthetic exploration through somatic movement and asana practice. Learn how to sharpen our awareness, identify and decode, then choosing appropriate response in the moment. This workshop aims to refresh one’s relationship to self-practice, refine awareness and sensitivity, have fun through intelligent exploration, and inevitably taking the practice to the next level and depth.
Suitable for all level practitioners who is interested in exploring the subtler aspects of yoga practice.
