Sva Dharma Practice & Sangha Day

During the Sva Dharma Practice & Sangha Day, you are warmly invited to practice together with the students of the Advanced Teacher Training 2020 under the guidance of Katiza Satya and her teaching assistants. Students of the Advanced Teacher Trainings of former years, as well as former individual participants of The Heart & Mind retreats, are welcome to (re-)connect with the Sangha and the Sva Dharma teachings and to refresh their practice.
These days will also be an ideal preparation if you are planning to follow either The Heart or The Mind retreat in 2020 on an individual basis (i.e. if you don't follow the full Advanced Teacher Training).
Practices taught will be e.g. Kriyas, Guru Yoga, Tsa Lung, 9 purification breaths and Asana. There will be room for sharing, reconnecting and asking questions.
For former & current students of the Advanced Teacher Training at the Delight Academy, and/or for former & current participants of The Heart or The Mind retreats by Katiza Satya and Kevin Sahaj.
For students of the Advanced Studies 2020, these days are part of the curriculum and already covered in their teaching fees. All other participants can register through the schedule below.
