They are based in Mysore and have been an integral part of KPJAYI in the past, teaching chanting and philosophy to students from all over the world coming to study Astanga Yoga at its source. Jayashree teaches the traditional call-and-response method of chanting the yoga sutras of Patanjali, called ‘Sruti Parampara’. Narasimhan offers lectures and discussion on yoga philosophy, providing an engaging and stimulating way to connect with the deeper aspects of the yoga practice.

Their teachings represent a unique opportunity for all yoga students and teachers to enrich their understanding of the philosophical framework of yoga, directly from such a clear and authoritative source.
