Women's Circle

With Alixe van Ogtrop

We are happy to open the doors in a more consistent way to offering a sacred space and sharing time to the fact that we are finding a way to live consciously and making a difference in our realities and the world we are in.

With good intentions, we enter the path of Yoga, inner growth, inner reflection, etc. We find answers, however, it seems that there is always something missing. We are somehow in need of refuge and a healthy ground to re-construct and reevaluate our lives. Women's time has come now (It is women's time NOW!) to heal and reconnect with our true wisdom, we need to awake and take responsibility for our deep disappointments, hurts, pains and denials and allow the healing to take place. This inner healing is the healing of Humanity, we as women need to take the leap NOW, for the benefit of our selves, our loved ones, our children and finally heal all of our relations, (and) to give back to humanity what has been lost.

Why do we need sisterhood now?
Women give birth to life. All that is materialized in the world created by humans, is the creation of women because we allow it consciously and unconsciously. In that way, women are responsible for how planet earth is affected by our human kingdom. And by that, we have a role. Just like men have their own role. Only we (yes we do this ourselves:)) have been neglecting or true role, our true nature. That's why it's women time now, to heal what is preventing us from being who we truly are. When we step into that femininity, we automatically give space for men to do the same. We can start weaving this new reality cause we, women, are so near to true nature: our physical conditions, our moon cycle, remind us constantly that we are open and vulnerable, so we can love infinitely and with no conditions.

Embracing this fact gives us freedom, strength and wisdom! Let's weave a new reality. Together. In sisterhood. Respecting all, loving all, including all men. We are opening the door for that.

About the circles
Our intention is to create real sisterhood. A safe community to share, be vulnerable, liberate pain and awaken the True woman that you are. There will be practices and time for sharing and connecting with other sisters. We are looking forward to sharing and growing together!

3 January: Dolores Mae - In Sisterhood: the most powerful way to start the new year
We are powerful beautiful women. Only we don't always behave accordingly. Our own fears and limiting beliefs are holding us back. A shame as we are meant to thrive in our own unique way. This circle is here to end a self-destructive loop - at least one loop that's holding you back - and set your intention for 2020. We will rise as women when we come together standing for womanhood; opening-up, reflecting and setting our crazy honest intentions for 2020 together. Why do you want to set your intention together in sisterhood? If you say something with your mouth, it is extremely powerful, if you do that to each other, what you say is strengthened. And being with women is healing by itself. So, experience the power of standing for you, in the company of other beautiful women. By that, you stand for women, all over the world. Step by step we are allowing ourselves to be more woman.

What can you expect?

  • a safe and sacred space
  • truthful communication and joy
  • a shamanic journey that helps you to see your heart's desire and what you may breakthrough to make that happen
  • a place to reinforce your intention(s) for 2020

Go home with excitement about the year to come, being fully woman

7 February: Alixe - Forgiveness
Being able to forgive is a powerful healing practice and one of the biggest gifts you can give yourself. The idea to forgive can bring up resistance, however, when we break through this resistance and we let the energy of love flow freely again we experience that we don't forgive for someone else but we forgive to feel more whole. In this circle, we will use ancient Hopi and shamanic Hawaiian practices. You will feel lighter, more love and gratitude for life. Let's come together celebrate, dance, sing and laugh to heal ourselves and therefore the planet!

13 March: Satya - Love is Life is Love "The art of attachment with natural detachment"
Can we allow love and give ourselves from moment to moment to what life presents to us in an open way? We as embodiments of the feminine principle, have a "key" for healthy love in the world and maybe the most difficult lesson of life to learn, "Unconditional Love", "Selfless Love". We as women are the ones that carry the natural information to this mystery to pass it onto humanity.

3 April: Sunny - The power of vulnerability
Often we feel ashamed or guilty about a part of ourselves, of things that have happened to us, of what we perceive as our weakness. In this circle, we will explore the power of opening up about what we feel vulnerable about. Healing can take place when we bring our shadows into the light. We will use self-inquiry techniques and practice communication from heart to heart to empower ourselves and each other in reclaiming our full selves. Let's come together and create a safe haven of sisterhood in which we can support each other in growing!

1 May: Satya - Embodiment of the Sacred "We are the sacred space of creation"
Our Bodies are wired towards the sacred they resonate with that and feels home when we are in that resonance, it's only from here the true creation can take place, so to re-balance the world we have allowed, we need to re-connect and attune ourselves with the cosmic laws, they are more near what we think, and we as women are constantly reminded of that.

5 June: Anaisa - Loving your body
Why is it so hard for women to accept their bodies? In this circle, we explore any self-judgments that make women dislike their own image and replace them with feeling natural and alive in their bodies.

3 July: Dolores Mae - The Way You Breathe Your World
Why is it so difficult to actually live life as that True woman that we are? To be the leader of our own life; confident, creative, radiating, wise, peaceful, loving, caring, strong, vulnerable in your power. This is because we hold ourselves back from who we actually are. We have done that for years and are still doing that. We can't blame ourselves that it's easier to be small than big, but it's time to change that. During this circle, you get the opportunity to tap into the intelligence of your body and let it liberate what is holding you back. The breath is like a thread that you can follow right back to the source. The breath can make us stressed, or wake us up, dissolve our limiting believes and blocks, lift us op and bring us back home. That's why this circle will be about woman, sisterhood and the way we breathe our world, and breathing will be our tool.

7 August: Anaisa  - Managing your energy
What makes you lose energy? How can you replenish it? It is vital for us to resource ourselves, as continual giving out ends in depletion. In this restorative sharing circle, we take good care of ourselves with Taoist practices you can take home with you to stay sharp, motivated and healthy to be a true giver from a place of stillness.

4 September: Satya - Healing the Womb Ceremony "an invitation to heal the ground of our reality and from where the outer world is created"
Specially dedicated to mothers and daughters (min 10 years old). This is an invitation to heal our most precious connection to the universe, it's from here where we experience the Sacredness of life and from where life is being created. The womb and its cycles are directly connected to the earth, moon and cosmos, so directly to our body and mind, this is what we pass on to "man" and our children, we carry the responsibility of the information and connection to the 'whole" and to the "holy" we are the ones that have the power to create reality.

2 October: Alixe - Sacred boundaries
As women, we often find it difficult to set healthy boundaries. Besides being able to voice our boundaries many of us feel it is challenging to feel what our boundaries actually are. In this circle, we will, therefore, focus on what it feels like to work with your boundaries. We will practice with containing our energy field, holding the boundaries of our energy field and saying yes and no in a safe and sacred space so that we are able to make healthy choices for ourselves and therefore everyone around us in our daily lives.

6 November: Dolores Mae - Wild Free Woman
Women are sensual beings. We are allowed to feel that, and express that. And that will do us good; it will free the woman in us. This circle is for those who like to feel more woman or like to express their feminity. It will be fun and healing for all women as this is our nature. Learn to get more in touch with your body, feel how music can move you and open up to yourself. It will be a safe space to express and feel how your sisters can help you free the woman in you. Caution: you might have to step over some barriers but ones you do, you will free yourself and walk away strengthened and light.

4 December: Sunny - Create your own safety
As women, we often feel the need to protect ourselves. This has many good reasons, but sometimes this also creates a lot of tension. In this circle, we will explore what safety means to us, what it does when we don't feel it, and how we can create a safe place for ourselves where we can fully relax into being. We will practice techniques to become aware of and stand for our own safety, so we can offer ourselves the freedom to blossom. Let's come together and create a safe haven of sisterhood in which we can support each other in growing!

About Alixe van Ogtrop

Alixe always knew she wanted to change the world. Starting in corporate life she discovered that the real change can only be made when the change is made within. After a PTSD Alixe went on her own healing journey, when reconnecting with her True Self and coming back home (within) she could not, not start to guide other people back to their own Inner Being.
