These 3 hour Yin Yoga masterclasses will give you the opportunity to explore your inner world. You'll be able to dive deep, as we stay longer in a pose, usually about 3-5 minutes. 


Yin Yoga is a practice that brings together the 3 bodies: the physical, astral (feelings, emotions) and mental (thoughts). These are knit together through our meridians and Chakra’s. Yin is also a practice of awareness and letting go. It is a physical healing practice which stimulates Chi flow through our connective tissue and stimulates mobility in our joints while relaxing our muscles. It clears the channels of the nervous system and meridians, which will have a calming effect on the body and mind. You can observe everything that takes place within you while you are in the pose with a deeper understanding of all that comes and goes (anicha, this to will pass.) without labelling or identifying with that what IS as we cultivate a practice of being in the moment. Having a direct experience with truth.


This Master class is for those who already practice Yin Yoga for a while and want to deepen inner awareness. Meditation and Pranayama will also be part of the practice. Each master class will focus on a specific area in the body and the related meridians.


12 September: Hip openers (gall bladder & liver meridian)

3 October: Spine (kidney & bladder meridian)

24 October: Shoulders and arms (heart, lungs, intestines, triple burner meridian)

About Daphne Luttger

Originally from Amsterdam, Daphne’s search in the outside world has brought her to her inner world. In 2008 she decided to take the Astanga Yoga Teacher Training with Johan Noorloos and Marcel van de Vis Heil.
