Yoga and Essential Oils

Please join Erica in three beautiful workshop where she makes use of essential oils to enhance your yoga practice. All levels are welcome. You can join one of these workshops, but it's highly recommended to join all three. Each workshop will have his own theme and focus.


3 February: Yoga and Essential Oils to Anchor and Arise 

Sometimes in this fast-paced, hectic world, you feel uprooted and unsure of yourself, with a mile long to-do-list and uncertain priorities. Finding balance through aromatherapy and simple yoga poses can be an excellent first step to manage these side effects of daily life. Grow and learn in this deeply restorative workshop by adding oils to your daily rituals. I will share my three favorite blends, how they work emotionally to calm the mind and soothe the body, helping you stay connected to yourself, your environment, your personal goals, and your daily activities. We will apply the oils to our body before moving through spinal strengthening, mantra meditations and yin postures. You will go home with a sample vial of essential oil to experience the same benefits using it anytime during the day.


24 February: Yoga and Essential Oils to Motivate  

Scientific research has shown that meditation during yoga together with aromatherapy is a combination of remarkable synergy, showing powerful effects on human emotions. With centering properties in mind, this ceremonail workshop will teach you how to add daily rituals of oil aromas and invigorating yoga and dance postures to help you trust your intuitive rhythms and stay engaged. I will share my three favorite blends, how they work emotionally to calm the mind and soothe the body, helping you stay connected to yourself, your environment, your personal goals, and your daily activities. You will go home with a sample vial to experience the same benefits using it anytime during your day.

The real reason we practice yoga is to heal our emotions. When we truly know what we feel then we can heal.
