Anne Vida-Ikeda & Liisa Russmann, together as The Yogi Stories, are bringing you a series of workshops designed to rebalance the five senses - seeing, hearing, taste, smell and touch.
In our busy everyday lives, we can easily find ourselves overwhelmed through an intense overload on our senses. This often manifests as perpetual stress and disconnection from ourselves and our needs. Through therapeutic sense restoration with the exploration of different yogic techniques and practices, we focus on tapping into all of the senses to get back to a state of body-mind equilibrium. We'll aim to create inner chemistry for our mind to rebalance and the body to heal, to return to your inner sanctuary.
Join Anne & Liisa throughout these workshops and explore therapeutic movement, restorative shapes, breathwork, music therapy, aromatherapy, myofascial release, acupressure, mudras, evoking taste experiences and a true feeling of community.
In our June workshop, we'll focus on 'Scent & Sound'. A rebalancing journey where ethereal sound offered by the beautiful Keri Stephanie and calming fragrance of essential oils meet. This fusion of live sound and aromatherapy will bring peace and tranquillity into your day and experience. Through a combination of sound journey, gentle movement, soothing relaxation shapes and massage we will diffuse stress build-up & return you to a state of physical and mental wellbeing.
