Yoga Nidra & Creating your personal San Kalpa

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice. It's a meditation where you are able to relax and restore on a deep level, as well as connect to your authentic self. Yoga Nidra can also be a tool to overcome obstacles.  It can help you to change or heal unhelpful patterns or beliefs that are stored deep within. We can do this by practising ‘San Kalpa’ intention.

 

In this workshop, we'll first take a look at how Yoga Nidra works, and create more clarity about the levels of consciousness you will travel through. Then we will dive into the San Kalpa. Once you understand why the practice of intention can be so powerful in Yoga Nidra, you will create your own personal San Kalpa.

 

Sometimes it can be hard to get tot the core of what you actually want (to change) in your life. And so in the same way, it can be hard to find your intention or wish. Therefore you will be guided towards finding your own personal intention. Of course, we will end this workshop with a Yoga Nidra in which you can practice and plant your very own San Kalpa straight away!

About Fleur Van Zonneveld

Fleur first came in contact with yoga while studying at the Dance Academy. Having started her career as a dancer, she now finds dance and yoga to be the perfect combination.
