Yoga Therapy for dealing with fear, stress, and anxiety - Online Course

With Inge Peters

Our way of living has changed in a short period of time. It feels like a new time has arrived on our planet and that creates uncertainty and challenges for all of us, coming with feelings of stress, fear, loneliness, and even despair for many beings.

At the same time, we can also reflect on this situation with positive eyes and recognize how we are invited to slow down and change our way of living. In which we can find a new harmony within ourselves and the way we treat the planet. We can welcome a slower pace and take time to look in and connect with our (spiritual) aspiration and deeper longing. We can open up and look outside and see how nature is blossoming and the air cleaning up.

We live in an exceptional time that holds both a challenge and an opportunity for all of us. But what if you get stuck in fear and aversion? What if you really do not know how to deal with this situation, when you feel overwhelmed? What if loneliness and the uncertainties of life get a grip on you? How can you cope with this, while being thrown back on your own? This is all just an expression of being human. It can even serve as, as long as we can find balance, as long as we can reflect, restore, and find peace within ourselves.

If you recognize this and feel the longing for connection and if you would like to have some tools to get by, to support you in this process. Then this Yoga Therapy Program might be supportive to you. Many of us feel the longing to connect, to be seen, to be in a community of like-minded people where you can be vulnerable without a feeling of failure or shame.

We will meet four consecutive Wednesdays, in a closed group through Zoom.

You will learn to relax and cope with these feelings using mild yoga practices that support your body and your nervous system in a way that you can rest and relax more and tap into clarity and peace again.

We proceed from a Therapeutic Yoga approach, but also Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are included in the practice. Inge Peters is teaching this course both from her own personal experiences as well as her knowledge from different fields of Yoga Therapy.

NB: No previous yoga experience is required. If you currently do not have the financial means but would like to join this course please send an e-mail to
