Delight Yoga offers private yoga sessions, especially adapted to your needs and interests. A private yoga session is very appropriate if you want to start with yoga or deepen and develop your practice. The One-On-One yoga program is designed to offer you private yoga classes specifically adapted to your needs and interests by one of our yoga teachers. It invites you to become aware of repetitive and habitual patterns that cause pain and unbalance. You can use the one-on-one program as a way to balance challenging aspects of your life, for example, career and family, relationships, health and stress.
Fit for your needs
Joining a group class may be too big a step. For example if you are uncertain about your level of practice or because you have a health problem. Or maybe you don’t have time for a group class, or prefer to practice at home or at work at your own time. A private session will help you develop self-confidence and relaxation in your yoga practice.
Balance in your life
A private session is the perfect tool to restore the balance between body, mind and spirit. You gain awarenesss of patterns and habits causing pain and unbalance in your career, your relationships or your health.
Private Yoga sessions are also recommended for people struggling with:
- Lack of energy
- Bad posture
- Emotional disbalance
On request, private classes can be shared by a maximum of three people. If you’d like to take a private class with more people, please let us know. It’s also possible to have private classes at your home. An additional €10 per class will be charged as travel allowance for the teacher.
