Move your body and dance yourself free! This free movement clas is open for dancers of all levels, and non-dancers. You will walk out with more confidence, body awareness, and a sense of freedom. Through this class, you will feel that everyone can dance and knows how to move their bodies to music.
You will build self-confidence and learn to move your body in a self-healing way. With tools and wisdom, we will explore your movement vocabulary.
The class is based on multiple different dance techniques. These techniques include contemporary dance, jazz, house dance, hip hop, ballet, and modern floor work.
We will mix a lot of styles with the most important thing: your own spirit! It is an opportunity to overcome your fears and free yourself through dance.
