A calm and grounding practice

In this Restorative Yoga class props, like blocks and bolsters, will be used to support you in the postures. This class is great if you are new to yoga, prefer a calmer, more grounding practice or like to work deeply and learn how to use props to help you relax into poses. This class is also suitable if you are healing from an injury, are dealing with stress or burn out or have have been traveling a lot. 

We will hold the poses for a longer period of time, somewhere in between 5 to 20 minutes. In the poses we are not aiming to stretch or strenghten the body, but we're looking for effortlessness and relaxation.
