Connection of movement and breath

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fun flow class, with a variation of asanas to strengthen body and mind. Vinyasa means 'connection of movement and breath'. Through the use of creative sequences of asanas, the teacher will prepare you for more advanced postures like arm balances, hip openers and backbends.



The vinyasa yoga poses are linked together—during this practice, you will smoothly transition from pose to pose, while building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. We offer vinyasa yoga for beginners, but also have multiple options for intermediate or advanced practitioners who want to deepen or develop their practice further.


Mindfulness & Vinyasa

In this class, we will explore yoga postures to cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion. In breath-connected, active movement and moments of stillness alike, the emphasis will be on ease and presence. Participants will experience nourishing movement and learn mindfulness-based tools that apply to everyday life. This class is for all levels, especially for yoga practitioners interested in meditation, meditators who wish to ground in their bodies, and everyone wishing to build an easeful and kind relationship to their body, heart, and mind.


Kundalini & Vinyasa

Enjoy a class of restoration and thoughtful movements to feel your way back into yourself. This Kundalini & Vinyasa class experience is designed to reduce stress and spark creativity. The class will consist of breathing exercises (pranayama), spinal strengthening (kriyas), and deep mantra meditations to facilitate a complete practice. The class will leave you feeling invigorated and sparked with creativity.
