Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous class consisting of asana practice to strenghten body and mind. Vinyasa means ‘connection of movement and breath’. Through a creative series of asanas the teacher prepares you for more challenging poses.

The vinyasa yoga poses are linked together—during this practice, you will smoothly transition from pose to pose, while building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. We offer vinyasa yoga for beginners, but also have multiple options for intermediate or advanced practitioners who want to deepen or develop their practice further.
