Combination of passive Yin and active Vinyasa poses

This class will focus on the Yin style of long held passive poses that open and target connective tissues, specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine. It restores the vital chi energy to flow through the subtle channels creating a more contemplative non reactive quality of the mind. Combined with the more active dynamic Yang style of Vinyasa this will stimulate the yang energy that is more flowing in the upper body. In the end of all energy is more flowing giving a peaceful mind, happiness and joy in your body!
